Since Neturei Karta have a unique bond with the Iranians/ Persians, is it safe to say that they do not bang by Haman? Afterall they want their agenda fulfilled?

But I’m willing to bet that any of their kids dessed up to look like Haman were wearing a kipah serugah, or perhaps a mask that looks like Lapid.
