Many of the illegal aliens arriving are sick and overwhelming the health care system at the border. Will the new budget have funding for hospitalization for these aliens. Many Americans don’t want to be in the same waiting room with unvaccinated people thereby denying tax paying Americans access to medical treatment. In the old days sick immigrants were sent back to their country of origin not let go into the general population of the country. Which can pose a serious health hazard.

Unlike , many here they care about their children (thats why they often are coming in the first place) and do their best to protect them from diseases including vaccines

Of course they do, and of the ones that aren’t already vaccinated (some South American countries have higher vaccines rates than the USA), we have to worry that they won’t have the money/ healthcare to get it done once they arrive.
However, the recent headlines read “wedding delayed because Chosson has measles”, and “3 children returning from trip to E’Y cause outbreak”, not illegal immigrants. It goes both ways.
I wonder about those countries that tell us they have high vaccination rates. Aren’t they the ones who have utterly no control over anything, with pipelines getting busted into daily as well? If they’re so healthy, why is everyone always coughing and sneezing in every border supermarket (which now seems to stretch from Texas to Chicago) year around?

My wife is a physician who treats a lot of immigrants (mostly legal, some illegal). She has never had any question vaccinations. As akuperma pointed out, the countries sending us immigrants lack the idiots we have here in the US and in Israel. The truth is that the immigrants should be afraid of the health risks from us!

Maybe instead of a wall we should just put up signs saying “Warning! Anti-Vaxxers Live Here!”
HHS and CBP data indicate that over 95 percent of the “medical interventions” involving those crossing the border involve garden variety dehydration, broken limbs, sun exposure, routine infections readily treated with antibiotics etc. The incidence of highly communicable diseases is actually the same or lower than the general population and MUCH LOWER than those encountered for example by the Indian Health Service on U.S. Indiana Reservations (where Trump’s budget has sought to reduce spending).
It’s racist of you to imply that illegal immigrants can pose a risk even if they’re unvaccinated.
