You know participant,
You’re right!
We only should trust in Hashem
August 24, 2018 8:03 am at 8:03 am #1579594ParticipantParticipantso if trump commits suicide, will it be considered dying in office or assasination?
August 24, 2018 8:42 am at 8:42 am #1579610DovidBTParticipantThat would depend on his subtitle.
August 24, 2018 9:14 am at 9:14 am #1579615akupermaParticipantWho wants to get rid of him (as opposed to annoy him)?
If Trump leaves office, Pence becomes president. He is a traditional conservative Republican with good ties to all the non-Trump parts of the Republican party. In fact he was mentioned by the “never Trump Republicans” as a possible “savior” in 2016, and was chosen as Vice-President to unify the party. If Trump were forced from office, his supporters (the “deplorables”) would be outraged and would transfer their support to Trump’s loyal Vice-President, meaning the Republicans would go into 2020 unified. The last thing the Democrats want is to get rid of Trump.
However if Republicans “ditch” Trump it would alienate the “deplorables”, and the rest of the Republicans aren’t strong enough to win in 2020 without them.
And in all fairness, the worse “crime” Trump is accused of involves the same sort of activities Clinton was guilty of, and which are clearly not “high crimes” as defined by the constitution.
August 24, 2018 2:00 pm at 2:00 pm #1579717JosephParticipantWe should eliminate presidential term limits so that The Donald can remain in office for a third term.
August 27, 2018 7:52 am at 7:52 am #1580346ParticipantParticipantPence didn’t make any anti israel statements. Pence isn’t accused of paying hush money. I’m not a lawyer. Just a mere civilian.
August 27, 2018 6:42 pm at 6:42 pm #1580755👑RebYidd23ParticipantI want Donald Trump to let his daughter run instead of him next time so that he can get his voters to vote for her, just so that the Democrats don’t get the satisfaction of having the someday first female president be one of their own.
August 28, 2018 1:22 pm at 1:22 pm #1581034Reb EliezerParticipantJoseph, being so loyal to Trump, devoid of morality, does not reflect any good on you.

I do, however, agree that Pence is more presidential. He might even be considered a chassid oomot haolam whereas Trump is one of chocmei oomot haolam.

That’s exactly what he wants- to be a dictator, next step he abolishes presidential voting, then goes congress, then the power of the courts. And BOOM america=NK2.0.
while he may be a smart man no one can stay sane if in power without proper constraints. in fact this is exactly how Erdogan of Turkey gained absolute power.September 13, 2018 11:42 pm at 11:42 pm #1591010☕️coffee addictParticipantDoing my best,
You really believe that?
Wow, I didn’t know dumbocrats are as dumb as people say they are
September 13, 2018 11:48 pm at 11:48 pm #1591011Reb EliezerParticipantSeparating families is not moral according the Agudath Israel statement, denying and not feeling responsibility for 3000 dead in Puorto Rico for lack of help, has problem in telling the truth, and destroyed health care thereby responsible for the death of people having a lack of health care. The president as a leader has to do for the benefit of the governed more than an individual . He commited adultery multiple times.

I do believe trump is an extremely good pres for the USA. however i also realize that he is a bigot and left with to much power he would turn into a disaster. (for example, saying the writer of the NYT letter is guilty of treason and is a threat to national security)
such things must be carefully balanced.September 14, 2018 6:59 pm at 6:59 pm #1591269☕️coffee addictParticipantDoing my best,
That applies to all presidents, Not just trump
And I think if it was reversed and a democrat said that then he would be justified in saying that
However to think and say
That’s exactly what he wants- to be a dictator, next step he abolishes presidential voting, then goes congress, then the power of the courts. And BOOM america=NK2.0.
Is going way overboard
September 15, 2018 11:34 pm at 11:34 pm #1591442Doing my bestParticipantAnd by the way he would be doing it because 1)he enjoys being in control
and 2)because he believes he can lead the country in the right direction if he had full control.September 15, 2018 11:34 pm at 11:34 pm #1591440Doing my bestParticipant“That applies to all presidents, Not just trump.”
That may be, but i do believe trump is a much bigger risk and would go a lot farther than any past president (maybe besides Obama) as they used to be honorable.“america=NK2.0”
when i said that I didn’t mean at all in the ecomonic area as he does really care about the welfare of the country(I think Kim also does).
However he would abolish a large part of free speech-mainly saying bad about him-as we see from the way he reacts when someone does whether its true or not.“the power of the courts”
I meant the ppower of the supreme cort to abolish his would be laws.September 16, 2018 12:46 am at 12:46 am #1591487Avi KParticipantCA, don’t give up your day job. I personally do not know why anyone would want to be a president or PM. He has no personal life. He and his family are reviled in the pres for any little thing. People even write anonymous letters accusing him of misconduct while in HS (!). Such a person must either have a tremendous feeling that he must serve the public or have a tremendous yetzer hara for power and honor. As for dictators, what about Obama? He ruled by decree (executive orders against the express will of the Congress).
