Digital texts…

Perhaps someone here knows, or has a connection to someone in the Sforim publishing industry, who could help…?

I am trying to obtain digital versions of some of the classical Rishonim and Achronim on Gemara, for some kuntrusim I am trying to produce. I know I can get it off the Bar Ilan Responsa system, but there are Copyright issues with that. And there are other services like HebreBooks.org and Otzar HaChochma, but they are scanned, and the OCR incurs too many errors to use it. I know of DBS, but I don’t know what their permissions allow?

Does anyone know where to obtain these digital texts from legally?
Or perhaps just the email address for someone in the industry who might know?
