Any ideas on good dieting tips for someone who doesn’t eat dairy and can’t have the greed yogurt that’s on all diets? Also very inactive and hardly has time for excersize in my busy schedule between school, work, and everything else that teens are busy with?
I don’t eat dairy. If you don’t already, drink a lot of water. Carry water bottles and tell yourself to finish one every other class.
Do you have a shaker bottle? If I have class or work, then I bring a banana or other fruit to eat and have some protein powder in my shaker bottle that I fill up with water for a meal replacement.

Try reading Allen Carrs easyway to lose weight, I used his method to quit smoking and it worked amazing, I never really needed to lose weight but I read the one on weightloss anyways just because I enjoy the psychology behind his methods, it really is lifechanging.
