    Does anyone know of an EXCELLENT oral surgeon in the Queens, Brooklyn, Nassau County areas, who takes United Healthcare Community Plan Medicaid? I am asking on behalf of a family member, and the only doctors I have ever used personally, don’t take her insurance. She is also looking for a competent dentist who takes that insurance, but the oral surgeon is of immediate urgency for a lower impacted wisdom tooth that is causing problems now. All suggestions, or if someone is willing to do this pro bono or for very low cost,would be greatly appreciated.

    I think Dr. Hertz (no – it does’t hurt), is an excellent choice. I think he takes that insurance, but call to be sure. MOD willing, the number is 718 998-9999
