When I have a chance, maybe I’ll try to rewrite a shorter version that won’t get deleted. Truth is, it wasn’t that important – I was sort of trying to be funny, but I guess the moderators thought that parts of it weren’t appropriate or something.
Basically, what I had written is that it’s a good idea in theory, but there are hardly any other singles in the CR that I know of. The few I know of do not match up with each other in terms of gender, age, hashkafa, and personality.
However, there probably are a lot of singles that I don’t know of, since there are many people whom I have no idea if they are single or married.

This was 5 yrs ago. By now Mod-42 may be Mod-47 and/or looking for a 47 yr old chasidish guy with braids.
Yes on the CR. Maybe Health(!)?
He doesn’t want a fat girl. And he’s not Chassidish, and somehow, I can’t imagine he wears braids.
But other than that…. great idea!
Perfect she’s in shape. Plays basketball and very fit.
So we’ll let her know that he’s a little more Ish than Chassid.
And braids are an easy fix. The sooner they’re in the chuppah the sooner we’ll get out of his hair.
She said she’s 482 lbs.
And I can’t imagine he’d be willing to wear braids for any shidduch!
Mod-42’s ideal weight according to Health Status is 241 lbs. And her recommended weight range is from 214 to 268 pounds.
Health Status did not take into account that she was babysitting her 12 yr old cousin, who she happened to be carrying piggy back due to an injury.
He is 6’4″ and 249lbs and is in the Junior Olympics.
That puts Mod-42 at a healthy weight.
Fine we will just explain to Mod-42 that we cannot promise that Health will wear braids for her. If anything he at least will bring home braided challah every week.
Of course I am single.
If had a wife and kids I wouldn’t feel free to make controversial statements.
