Is it true that drinking Corona cures Coronavirus?

Burnt Steak….not sure I’d be joking about this since you may be chugging down a few kegs soon if this spreads. Right now, there is not anti-viral medication that has been shown to be effective against THIS PARTICULAR CORONA strain. There have been anecdotal reports of cocktails of various anti-viral HIV drugs/Tamiflu etc. showiing some efficacy on individual patients but nothing clinically proven effective.
GH – If they put in the effort that the world put in for the gays, when AIDS came out, they would already have a cure! They could have had cure for the common cold years ago. This virus is just a cold for a snake. But why haven’t any authority worked on this? Because it wasn’t PC.
Health: Assuming you are still trolling (and not that ignorant of basic virology diagnostics and vaccine development, let me make it simple. This virus is a variant of the long-known cornoa virus. Every new strain requires extensive research to isolate, develop that show some degree of efficacy, test on animals and then humans and finally scale up for commercial production. Normally that process may take several years. (The development of anti virals for HIV/AIDs took nearly a decade and still is not really fully effective (Trump is promising a fully effective drug within several years). Some of the HIV/AIDs anti-viral drugs are actually being used now in experimental treatment for the Corona virus. Drug companies wont’ invest hundreds of millions of dollars researching cures for a viral strain that has not yet evolved to create a market for that drug.

Stop showing off that you know nothing about Viruses!
With AIDS they don’t have a vaccine because of it’s ability to mutate. The drugs work on enzymes that the virus needs to replicate.
They could have done the same thing with the Corona viruses years ago, but the Gov. didn’t care!Is this spreading everywhere?
If you want a serious cure for this serious virus going around worldwide how about trying serious teshuva and tefilla with achdus together in all of klal yisroel? Nothing just happens by coincidence. Everything has a message from Hashem.
Currently many thousands have already died from the coronavirus with thousands more in hospitals that might have caught it C”V. I pray we all wake up and do teshuva ASAP before it gets worse C”V
The Rambam says:
א) מצות עשה מן התורה לזעוק ולהריע בחצוצרות על כל צרה שתבא על הצבור שנאמר (במדבר י’) על הצר הצורר אתכם והרעותם בחצוצרות כלומר כל
דבר שייצר לכם כגון בצורת ודבר וארבה וכיוצא בהן זעקו עליהן והריעו
ב) ודבר זה מדרכי התשובה הוא שבזמן שתבוא צרה ויזעקו עליה ויריעו ידעו הכל שבגלל מעשיהם הרעים הורע להן ככתוב (ירמיהו ה’) עונותיכם הטו
וזה הוא שיגרום להם להסיר הצרה מעליהם
ג) אבל אם לא יזעקו ולא יריעו אלא יאמרו דבר זה ממנהג העולם אירע לנו וצרה זו נקרה נקרית הרי זו דרך אכזריות וגורמת להם להדבק במעשיהם הרעים ותוסיף הצרה צרות אחרות הוא שכתוב בתורה (ויקרא כ”ו) והלכתם עמי בקרי והלכתי עמכם בחמת קרי כלומר כשאביא עליכם צרה כדי שתשובו
