    Hello Coffee Room,

    I’m hoping that you all were safe if you were in the New York City vicinity today when that tornado touched down? How absolutely bizarre…I wonder when the last time was that NYC got a tornado? It just seems like such a completely Kansas kind of thing to happen!

    How I didn’t remember that, I don’t know. I can’t even imagine how I would feel upon seeing something like that on the horizon coming in my direction!

    There was a tornado in NYC today? I didn’t even notice. Seemed like just some rain.

    The answer to your question aurora77 is, that whereas these two in NYC touched down 1 day before commencement of Selichos, the last 2in NYC touched down two years ago, one day before Yom Kippur nite.
