squeak, I think that you should have taken back the move. Chess is a game of skill, not chance and therefore the game shouldn’t be affected by a “dumb move”.

The blunder I was referring to was moving my knight back when I didn’t have to. You already capitalized on it by developing your bishop to pin my knight and reducing my time advantage. If I had left my knight, you could not have developed that bishop plus I would have had another move.

So you’re not lying about your rating, and you’re not getting help, but you do know how to defend against the Danish gambit? I never heard of a 900 who knew the Danish. Even if I had, the 900 would not know how to defend it or adapt to minor changes.

I think your rating is higher… But we’ll find out!
