I don’t think you should be worried about a government agency keeping tabs on this website. If they were going to spy on any website, it would be the far more offensive, uncensored websites that pose a risk to Washington D.C. and the President of the U.S.A. Everything said here on The Yeshiva World News is legally all within the Constitution, which allows us freedom of speech.
