What options do we have for a small Yeshiva thats local, that is willing to work with bucherim? I’m not talking about a learning issue.

The best source for this kind of guidance is your rov (or rebbe.)

Placing a bocher, who, from the question, I understand does not fit into the major yeshivos, needs to be done with chochma and syatia d’shmaya.

There are smaller yeshivos that cater to every level of challenge. He can guide you to the place most suitable for the particular situation

A good resource would be a “former insider”. Current staffers might be afraid to be candid. One possibility would be ???’? ?’ ????’ ?????? ?????? ?????? ??? . He had a Yeshiva of his own & knows a lot about chinuch & bachurim. He is quite vocal about the trend in Yeshivas to look for ???????

Thanks for your input. Your answers were helpful and true though I really did want to hear more specific answers. Local Yeshivas in New York area. It’s really hard when the bucherim fall between the cracks. Why is this happening so often lately???

I forgot the name but there is a yeshiva on east 17th just off avenue J (around the corner from Touro) that I’ve heard very good things about. I know one of their talmidim slightly. He has clear learning issues and seems to love the place.

Thanks but we weren’t looking for a yeshiva for learning issues.

A smaller chasidisher yeshiva who works with the Bucherim.
