1. I would suggest a personal care product like hand cream or body lotion.
2. I’m not married yet, so I can’t answer that one.
3. If the child has one-on-one sessions with the therapist, a gift is definitely in order, but I’m not sure what would be appropriate.
4. If the teenager doesn’t already have one (and if it’s within your means) I would go with an iPod.
