Do you know which banks in Jerusalem I can make ATM withdrawals with 0 fees AND withdraw dollars?
What’s the maximum withdrawal amount per day?
I assume the availability of dollars is limited. Are there better days/hours when I’ll be more likely not to find the ATM depleted of dollars?
I think in kikar tziyon, also known as crack square. Don’t know times, etc.
Toi, can you be more specific? Is it a particular machine at that location? It used to be that Bank Leumi machines would allow withdrawals in US dollars, but that stopped at least 6 months ago, and we have not found any machines that permit withdrawals in dollars anywhere in EY at this point. If you know of something, please let me know.
There are several locations at major hubs. The one I recall using about a year ago was the Bank Leumi branch in Tzioon Square ( corner of Jaffa Road and Ben-Yehuda Street). It has ATMs that dispense dollars and euros.
Thanks GH, but it’s been less than a year since Bank Leumi stopped giving dollars at their machines. Euros is not an issue, but of no help.
