Can you help me find this song?
I remember that back in the 70’s or so there was a choir group (Pirchei?) that had a song with the words of ?? ???? ?? ?????….
I cannot remember which group had this song. Does anyone know which group, and is it available anywhere these days on mp3? It was originally released on record (ask your parents to translate).

Anyways, I think there’s a series Pirchei Yerushalim, with Yigal Calek. I actually have the file listed as such.

March 8, 2011 12:47 pm at 12:47 pm #780059lawwolfMemberIt is indeed Pirchei Yerushalayim/Yigal Calek. Here is a link to the album: http://www.mostlymusic.com/pirchei-yerushalayim.html (Hope posting the link does not violate rules – I don’t work for mostly music).

March 9, 2011 5:19 am at 5:19 am #780061Shticky GuyParticipantI still have the cassettes of that Hasc concert. Its Hasc 4 and it still makes for some gr8 listening (its one of my parents favorite concerts). Its a triple cassette with the 2nd cassette entirely for the London School of Jewish Song besides the last 5 mins. Its available at music sites like mostly music and I only recently bought the dvds of Hasc 4 for my parents from there.
They sing the entire ki yikorei song and also most their other gr8 hits like ko amar, ashira lahashem bachayay, vchi yadav shel moshe, hamalach, hamavdill and all the others too.

June 24, 2011 1:07 am at 1:07 am #780063Still lookingParticipantWhen I was a kid this was one of my favorite songs! I feel so validated that other people exist that like it! Nowadays hardly anyone’s heard of Yigal Calek…. 🙂

I know this thread is over six years old, But the song that YW Moderator-42 referred to is of course, Journeys’ Yes, We’ve got the music. The song ends at Yeedle.
Can anyone suggest how it would continue if it was made today? -
