Brochos from a normal person

So instead of interrupting Tzadikim from their work for Brachos we should find ordinary people to ask for Brachos. I can think of a number of positive results if we make tis change, the only problem is how to determine who the most ordinary person is.

Someone once asked the Rogatchover for a brocha. He replied “I’m not a rebbe”. The man really wanted one so he said “but even the brocha of a regular person… Kal vechomer”. The rogatchover told him “Give yourself a brocha, and you won’t need the kal vechomer!”
