Boot the Chiloni Leeches from Eretz Yisroel

I am sick and tired of the Chilonim leeching off of Chareidim. Why must only the frum be the ones that keep Eretz Yisroel safe and sound by learning Torah? Why, I ask! Why do you only find the frum learning Torah yomin v’layla and protecting EY. While the Chilonim do nothing. The majority of Chilonim don’t learn a single word of Torah, let alone put in serious effort to learn Torah to keep the country safe from its enemies.

I demand that at least 50% of Chilonim be required to serve in Yeshivos at least part-time and at least 10% of Chilonim to be required to learn Torah full-time. It is time they too share in the burden of protecting Eretz Yisroel.
