    yehudayona -You don’t even have to ask because almost nothing in BMG is enforceable, anyways.

    is the reason that it gets addictive and leads to bad things or just that its addictive and is disturbing the bochrim from their learning?

    Many yeshivos have banned cellphones for bochurim period. BMG seem to be allowing them for bochurim to make calls with.
