    HELP! My friend’s husband is in the U.S. and was supposed to spend Shabbos in Baltimore. However, he is now stranded in Binghamton. Is there anybody here who is familiar with Binghamton and and give me some information?

    There is a University there Suny Binghamton maybe he should check with the hillel house. There is a Chabad house there you can google it.

    I think it is not far from Scranton.

    But GOC is correct, there is a sizeable Jewish contingent at SUNY Binghamton
