Biden plans on bringing in 11 Million illegal immigtants. He now openly supports defunding police. The most anti-israel people would be in his administration. A vote for Biden and demis a vote against Jews and for the end of America.

1…..The 11 million “illegal” immigrants are already here. The vast majority do the jobs that Americans won’t do and according to DOJ, have a crime rate that is lower than the national average (notwithstanding the constant Trump lies to the contrary. Biden has a strong pro-Israel record and has consistently opposed the boycott etc. demands of the left-wing of the Democratic Party. After his incredibly disgusting and moronic comments about the virus, Biden looks a lot better than another 4 years of the status quo.

Gadolhatorah is right. Republicans have no decent arguments against Biden and have to resort to falsehoods.

How many Americans have to die before they realize that Trump does not care about American lives?

    Dear One,
Immigration is as American as one can be. I’m not sure why pro-immigration is a detriment. As Jews we can appreciate it. The pandemic will significantly reduce America’s global influence. Not everything is because of who is president.

According to the analytical research, Mr. Biden tracks in the 70-80% on all liberal trends. Which is about as moderate as one can be.

Interesting that he refers to himself a a liberal advocate. Well, he could use the OP as a reference.

Biden is NOT bring in 11 million illegal immigrants. These people are already in the USA. If the President brought in people by changing rules or standards, the newcomers would NOT be illegal.

Some of us would like to cut some police funding. The police in my town are a racist bunch who profile and stop people for Driving While Black. The department has been sanctioned by the State of CT..,

You don;t know who he’ll appoint in his administration and that they’ll be anti-Israel…you have no crystal ball,

Compared to the other candidate on our ballot August 11…Bernie Sanders, Biden is a moderate.

    To Charlie Hall,Gh,Ctl,
The three of you keep misrepresenting immigration as a whole, and Trump’s position in particular.
The U.S. has a right to decide who can immigrate into the country. Yet the 3 of you act like we are outliers. For example, Canadian immigration is largely limited to skilled individuals.
Trump is against Illegal mmigrants, not legal ones. Nobody has a right to enter the US . It was your sainted FDR who turned away the St.Louis and sent its Jewish passengers back to Europe and death.
Biden has yet to take a position on the looting. He has already abandoned inner city kids education by promising to cut off funding to charter schools and waste more money ( without accountability) on public schools. His 8 years with Obama demonstrate he has no clue on the economy and giving Warren and AOC major roles does not portend good outcomes.

And, again to my 3 friends, your misrepresentation of Trump as being anti Muslim rests with his banning entry from ,i think it was 8 countries, who either had no central government ( Somalia) or otherwise could not or would not vet for terrorists on their soil. The majority were Muslim countries and the list had been prepared by Obama !

Our president Trump is a know at all who fires and isolates anyone disagreeing with him including Dr. Falci rather than wanting to hear their ideas. Therefore, he is responsible for the corona. A smart person knows what he doesn’t know and looks for the best advice.

I have proof from the fact that the Beis Hilel allowed the Beis Shamai to make their view known before they revealed their view as an indicatiion of their humility. President Trump fired everyone of his great advisors including General Matis. If you sure about yourself, you are not afraid to hear an opposing view which might reveal your lack of knowledge. This only indicates an inferiority complex. None of the previous presidents behaved this way.

If we follow not doing anything for coronavirus, we end up like Sweden. The federal government is suppose to take leadership to have uniforn laws for all states otherwise one state infects another which was recommended by the health authorities. The US is worse than anywhere in the world except Sweden.

Trump defended an anti Muslim stance during his 2016 campaign. He will not come out and say he is anti Muslim, that would be dumb and pointless. One thing he is not, is out of touch. By the way, I do not fault him for being anti-Muslim. Almost everyone above seventy is. (Except Muslims. And those who thought hard about it,)

    Dear Syag,
This will go down in history as the Trump pandemic. There was no coordinated federal response. This crises does not line up with The President’s strengths. I do not blame his poor handling. But the break down of our national and federal institutions, is a major theme of this administration. And for better or for worse, (At this point, the terrible.) his name will be associated with this pandemic. Much like President Hoover with the Great Depression.

    N0mesorah,
The main reason why the immigration laws of 100-200 years ago aren’t feasible is because back then once you came into the country you were on your own. If you didn’t have money for healthcare for example, then you died. It was that simple.
Nowadays it would cost tens of thousands of dollars to support a single immigrant until they found a well paying job, America can’t afford to take in millions of people a year.
I personally feel that the correct strategy would be to teach immigrants English when they come in, have live in schools to bring them up to a full high school education, and then help them with job placement. In order for this to work, I believe in a policy forcing every company which sells goods in the USA to produce 50% of their goods in America. The government can even subsidize the added cost up to the amount of tax money generated from the new jobs. This I believe should result in a healthy job market.

There is nothing in the US Constitution that gives the federal government the authority to limit immigration. And indeed for a century there were no limits and the ciuntry thrived.

You and the other Trump supporters here woukd have opposed allowing the St. Louis passengers to enter thr US. They woukd have been illegal immigrants. The support by Jews for Trump’s racist immigration ideas shows that Jews on the political Right have completely assimilated into the worst of American society. They ma1y keep Shabbat and kashrut but they don’t think like Jews.

charlie- now you have really gone off the deep end! I am so sick and tired of people sticking hitler comparisons where they don’t belong. Shame on you! Shame on you for accusing people that are against giving illegal immigrants more rights than some poor americans have, or wanting them vetted, of committing homicide against a nation. Shame on you for drawing an analogy between people asking to send people back to their own country unless they undergo a citizenship process with mass murder, starvation, shooting people on the edge of mass graves, sending dogs to chew newborns, performing experiments on women’s bodies and gassing people. Do I need to go on?
I am sick and tired of listening to people so deranged with hatred that they don’t even care what comes spewing out of their mouths anymore. Enough already.

It’s cute how any time that you a Liberal Democrat cannot win a debate on facts they resort to insults.

Facts: Comparing Open Borders prior to the era of the welfare state to the era of the welfare state is a purposeful ignoring of reality.

Facts: I have a business and I actually produce things in the USA. I have visited these towns. I have been in these factories. These places were decimated by Democrat policies. These jobs were destroyed by Democrat policies.

To accuse people who simply wish for their own country to not continuously stab them in the back of being akin to Hitler ym”s is disgusting.

    Ben Levi,

What made America your country ?
The Irish and Italian’s immigrants that were here in 1930 before the influx of European Jewish immigration also felt that this was there country. Was it proper for them to try to keep America a white american catholic county?
Does the freedom of religion and worship enshrined in the constitution teach us that America was founded on allowing all peoples to come here and make a contribution to the melting pot?

What democratic policies are you referring to that decimated factories and towns?
Many republican policies have destroyed towns and factories.

    Dear Ben,
You are making a very strong argument fort immigration. Continue with open immigration, and the need and size of the welfare state would be greatly diminished. I agree.

The immigration debate starts before the modern liberal entered american politics. Also, immigration was never seen as a partisan issue. Closing the borders coincided with the darkest chapters of US history. Where do you think it it leading us now?

    Dear Doing,
I think you are incorrect. The immigrant came to America with hopes of making it work by themselves. The troubles you refer to, where of people capitalizing on immigrants naivete, to get them to invest in failing ventures. The most famous example would be selling them a share in The Brooklyn Bridge.

    #1881837

    Dear Charlie,
I strongly disagree with your comparison. The question today, is one of ignorance. Americans (as a whole) know very little about what goes on all over the globe. Even in countries that we have committed billions of dollars in financial aid plus military expenses. Mostly, it is because of the diminishing role of the main stream media. We are out of touch with the massive amount of global suffering there is today. Americans are not looking at immigrants as sub-human or a threat to american culture.

The comparison here is a bit like the political sentiment around the Immigration Act of 1924. The descendants of the earlier immigrants are once again thinking that they represent some ideal of a Americanism, even though they vigorously state that there is no such concept. To protect this homogeneity, they raise objections to various immigrant groups. Probably, because they realize that their own decendants have less interest in American culture, than first generation Americans.

The issue with Jewish was best displayed by a frum author in a major right wing paper. He was describing Roosevelt’s WWII borders policies as misguided only in that should have made exceptions based on the Holocaust. This is an expose on Liberal Jews trying to portray themselves as right wing Conservatives. Being children or grandchildren of immigrants, having grown up around major cities, living in the Northeast, and a major stress on Torah education, they are completely out of touch with what life means for the average American. Trump supporters are not racist, or trying to round up anyone. they are completely oblivious to what it means to work as hard as can just to achieve a decent life.
