Pupa Tzelem Matzah Bakery. Matzah. I don’t want to say lashon hora (really, they’re all fine, but each has a different taste, and it’s a matter of preference).
I know of a baker who has a bakery somewhere in Brooklyn i cant think of the name of it but he makes really great heimish cakes his name is Bob, Bob Kuh.
Ostrovitsky’s (Avenue J) “Sour Cream Cheesecake”. I dont think they make it exactly like they used to though, but imho its still the best cheesecake anywhere, just it used to be even better.
Anyone know of a uniquely good (soft) cheesecake, elsewhere in Brooklyn?
