I just came across this free download while looking for a word translation.

Does anyone know anything about it?

Is it for real/ safe to download?

    Does it really work?

    Is it accurate?

What languages does it have? (I’m mostly looking for Spanish. Yiddish & Hebrew)

Any info would be very helpful! Thanks!

it has spanish and hebrew…but it is very inaccurate. most machine translators are. personally the best translator ive seen out there…(and dont laugh, this is true) is google translate. (translate.google.com) it is very accurate.

I had a funny experience with Google Translate. I was looking for an apartment and reading through ads online when I discovered Google Translate. Oh happy day! I could read the ads in English, which is infinitely easier. But one ad made me realize that I had to verify everything in the original Hebrew. One ad said:

    ????? ????? ????? ????? ??????? ??? ???

    Google translated it as:

Instead of a Central Bus Station close to water heater.

hmmm…im not sure when they updated…but they let you enter alternate translations manually to help the translator learn the language

google does almost any language you want…but it cant do a full page unless it has a page cached on the internet already…if you need full page translation then use bablyon, but for everything else google translate is the way to go

translators online are good for one word sentences. Like if you want to tell your cleaning lady in spanish to change linen, or come tuesday morning, the the translators are great. But if you are trying to translate a whole paragraph, then call someone that knows the language!

    Yet more from Google translate:

I have a doctor’s appointment today. Her first name is Tovah. The English version of the screen with her info lists her first name as “good.” Okay, that one’s not so bad.

Today’s date is “Bet tribe Ts”a.”

On the screen listing all the medications I’ve bought, ??????? ????, which should be translated as “member co-payment” is “participation boyfriend.”
