When did they change the name?
A few years ago.
They also changed the configuration — they’re much smaller.

I read that they change lady fingers to baby fingers for Pesach so that people do not associate the cookies/wafers/sugared-oval-air-puffs with chometz food.

Lady Fingers is a food product that comes from the general food market and precedes its becoming a Jewish food item for Pesach.
