I heard there is a trial right now on a guy named Arbery. I have not been following it beyond knowing that he died and too many people were arrested. I don’t know any details but I am pretty sure he was a palestinian terrorist because his name was ahmed and I read about it in some news column.
I also heard that Biden people are appalled that white supremicists killed him wearing kkk hoods and on their way to a qanon meeting BUT I guess I have no choice but to side with the defendants anyway cuz i hate biden so Im not allowed to have an objective opinion about a random apolitical criminal case.
I hope they all get off and our country puts an end to this stupid “innocent until proven guilty” scam run by the media’s disinformation and facebook’s illegal communistic censorship because it doesn’t apply to white people killing blacks.Go team!

November 22, 2021 1:57 pm at 1:57 pm #2032097GadolhadorahParticipantNot exactly. Just a bunch of self-appointed redneck vigilantes who decided to chase down a young black guy jogging down the street in an attempt to make a “citizens arrest” because they suspected he “might” have been checking out a nearby construction site (where he had been seen 2 weeks earlier) for a burglary. They ran him down with their pickup truck and then chased him armed with a shotgun and handgun and ultimately executed him at nearly point blank range when he turned to defend himself. Clearly a case of “self defense” (for the vigilantes) under Georgia law.
November 22, 2021 2:00 pm at 2:00 pm #2032111🍫Syag LchochmaParticipantGH – you aren’t stupid enough to have missed the point, and you are too smart to think I am actually involved enough in the case to feign a discussion, so is it just ego that brought you to respond because you are too proud to agree at the stupidity of all those people ignorantly opposing rittenhouse verdict cuz biden said so (or maybe it was a kardashian that got you)
November 22, 2021 2:16 pm at 2:16 pm #2032114n0mesorahParticipantWhy are we ruining an excellent piece of writing? Is nobody allowed to enjoy the moment?
November 22, 2021 2:43 pm at 2:43 pm #2032115GadolhadorahParticipantSyag: Sorry you are having a bad day…..I found you post quite confusing, even for satire so I have no clue on what point you were trying to make. Just so there is no confusion on your end, I totally agree the Rittenhouse verdict was legally correct under the relevant Wisconsin statute and the Judge’s rulings and instructions to the jurors. Conversely, I think the statute is indicative of the “stand your ground” type statutes prevalent in half the states which fail to take account of the assailant’s contribution to the circumstances nor require any effort to stand down/mitigate.
From what I’ve heard in the Georgia case, I take the opposite perspective and believe these guys had no business acting as vigilantes and running down a black man using “citizens arrest” as a basis for shooting him when he attempted to defend himself.
P.S. Vus is a “Kardashian”November 22, 2021 3:03 pm at 3:03 pm #2032182🍫Syag LchochmaParticipantOn The Rittenhouse thread I was commenting that people who seem to know nothing about the trial and even have the facts all wrong feel a need to rampage at the miscarriage of justice purely as a Democrat supporter. I don’t get why supporting Biden means parroting the dem opinion of a criminal case they didn’t look into.
Since I got no response I decided to demonstrate the stupidity of what they are doing for illustrative purposes and see if anyone recognizes themselves in it.
November 22, 2021 3:03 pm at 3:03 pm #2032185🍫Syag LchochmaParticipantOr at the very least to entertain those of us who got it.
November 22, 2021 3:15 pm at 3:15 pm #2032203n0mesorahParticipantI thought it was a fun read, regardless of tribal politics.
November 22, 2021 3:18 pm at 3:18 pm #2032205🍫Syag LchochmaParticipantThanks, me too. I enjoy satire much more than politics
November 22, 2021 3:48 pm at 3:48 pm #2032208n0mesorahParticipantAnd now that this thread is completely ruined, maybe you can write another piece? You have full permission to satirize my naive thinking that there could be one thread where we enjoy the content, and let the tribalism slide.
November 23, 2021 6:34 am at 6:34 am #2032524HaLeiViParticipantSyag, why would you be upset? It was foretold.
November 23, 2021 6:37 am at 6:37 am #2032530Shimon NodelParticipantHe was trying to grab their gun FYI. They were trying to make a citizens arrest, which is controversial and legally vague. It is legal nonetheless, depending on circumstances. The guy wasn’t very smart. Never attempt to grab someone’s gun, especially if they’re not trying to shoot
November 23, 2021 7:02 am at 7:02 am #2032583🍫Syag LchochmaParticipantWhat was foretold?
November 23, 2021 12:23 pm at 12:23 pm #2032697HaLeiViParticipant“What was foretold?”
That the conversation will follow along party lines, which is what makes it boring.
November 25, 2021 6:33 am at 6:33 am #2033705jackkParticipantAll 3 were convicted.
Interestingly, but not surprising, now there are some people who supported rittenhouse’s innocence who suddenly suspect the legal system of an injustice.
A very disturbing part of this case which shows clear racial bias is that these 3 men may never have even gotten arrested until the video was forcibly released.
The McMichaels and Bryan weren’t charged in the killing until more than two months later, after the video was leaked online and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation took over the case.
One of the prosecutors used her position to discourage police from making arrests . A grand jury indicted Jackie Johnson last week on a felony charge of violating her oath of office and a misdemeanor count of obstructing police. Johnson was the area’s top prosecutor when three white men chased and fatally shot Arbery last year.November 25, 2021 9:58 am at 9:58 am #2033780smerelParticipant>>>Interestingly, but not surprising, now there are some people who supported rittenhouse’s innocence who suddenly suspect the legal system of an injustice.
And of course the opposite is also true. People like say President Biden who were so quick to express how they are among those Americans left “angry and concerned” by the Rittenhouse verdict not only aren’t questioning this verdict in any way they are also calling it “a devastating reminder of how far we have to go in the fight for racial justice in this country”.
November 25, 2021 11:34 am at 11:34 am #2033874EJMRBroParticipant@syag-lchochma sounds like an incredibly informed post you have made. Just wondering when growing up were you ever in the “smaller class”. If so that would make all these points you have said make sense to the casual YWN user.
November 25, 2021 12:13 pm at 12:13 pm #2033927n0mesorahParticipantDear EJM,
And to think what your post says about your own growth! ! It also speaks to missing the flow of the conversation.
November 25, 2021 12:14 pm at 12:14 pm #2033928charliehallParticipantThe juries made the correct decisions based on the facts and the law in both the Rittenhouse and Arbery cases. Rittenhouse was seriously discredited by his first lawyer, a venal person who tried to capitalize on the case at the expense of his client, prejudicing the public against him. The original DA in the Arbery case tried to prevent a prosecution, was defeated in her re-election campaign, and is now facing criminal charges for obstruction.
The system ended up working in spite of some of the people who are part of it.
November 25, 2021 2:16 pm at 2:16 pm #2034058smerelParticipantActually I’ll take the bait and say there are other issues at play here.
The actual trial did not have any accusations of racial bias. It judged the case on its merits. (One of the) defendants shot someone at close range. Defendants claimed they were engaged in self defense because they were looking to make a citizens arrest but the victim tried to wrestle away their gun.
Defendants lost the case.Story should stop here unless anyone has a specific reason to think the verdict was incorrect.
However the Biden administration and Justice Department (as opposed to the state of Georgia)filed an indictment which alleged that the defendants killed Arbery only because he was black. Without alleging any factual basis in their indictment.
Aide for the racism and prejudice of the Biden Administration assuming that “white guy kills black guy must be racism” but of course when “white gets killed by black guy” there is never any racism involved. If the murderer explicitly expressed racial motives, well then. he was mentally ill, the rush to filing indictment of the Biden administration makes criminal justice into an “us against them” issue as opposed to a mutual goal.
Always remember however that Joe Biden is a great unifier…
November 25, 2021 5:16 pm at 5:16 pm #2034143Amil ZolaParticipantPoint of information. I listened to some tapes of the shooters referring to the victim using the N word.

What’s the difference?
They were found guilty – the system works in Republican States.
Why doesn’t the system work in DemonCrat States, like NY & Oregon, where they let Rioters free w/o even being Charged?!?November 26, 2021 4:53 pm at 4:53 pm #2034649Amil ZolaParticipantHealth I often choose not to engage with you. It’s typically how I don’t respond to trolls. Have a good day and a pleasant tomorrow.
