I heard of one program at Sheraton Parsippany that seems to be
very reasonable just wanted to know if anyone from Brooklyn/lakewood/monsey going to this program.

truthfully, its unreal how it started to be an accepted practice to go away for pesach, then shavuos, r”h yom kippur, and chanukka! The thread should be labeled: anyone home for chanukka?!
chanukka is family time. when i went to sem i was SO depressed until shabbos chanuka. i went to cousins in chicago for shabbos and it was ‘zactly what i needed. i’m off this chanuka and plan on enjoying every minute of it!

Is there a hotel near a ski place where frum yiddin get together- no official caterer or anything, just individuals who arrange a sefer torah, their own food etc and ski on Friday and Sunday?
