I started working early, and don’t have time to go to the Mikva before davening. Are there any Mikvas in Boro Park, or it’s surrounding neighborhoods, that are open all day, or even open until lunch time?

Just be sure you check the maintenece crew’s scedule, as that would make for a VERY unpleasant surprise.

Not only encountering human or sub also the possibility of an empty Bor Tevila. Even with the best filtration the water has to be changed every so often.

HISTORY !! 17th ave now has a turnstile. 12th has a money/card activated lock To my knowledge 14th ave has no mikva yet. Besides you need to know the combination # to get into the building at off hours. Even New Square now has hours of operation. does 365 include Yom Kipur & Tisha B’av?
Check those shuls that daven shaachris at noon or past! Not really Satmar 53 in BP the turnstile locks about 1/2 hour before ???? ????.
While on the subject. A CR member posted (thread?) a story about R Shlomo Zalmen Auerbach ZT”L who showered before tevila and after. When asked he replied before tevila because of ????? ????? and after tevila because of those who are not punctilious about ????? ?????

And your card can be set so the time-clock limits allow you in when it works for your secd. And most places have a back-up Bor.
As far as the 365, I suppose if it were really imperative, you could go motzio YK and TB.
But were that the case, you’d need a whole lot more than access to mikvah. A whole lot more.
