What does the Oilum tayna about listening to these new acappella CD’s during S’fira/3 weeks.. Some of them just sound way to good it removes the whole point of not listening to music-no???

I personally have heard from Rav Yisroel BElsky shlita they are ossur and I believe that the Lakewood Poskim put out a Kol Koreh along those lines.
