If we would only follow the European example, we’d get so much further. Here are the most obvious ones –
Stop taking showers: What a waste of water – and it’s heated water, to boot!
Don’t chill beverages: Warm beer, anyone?
Shut off your heating system completely: Buy sweaters instead.
Destroy your air conditioning system: Air conditioning is pure evil.
Stop eating meat and chicken: For protein, try fish instead. There is no need to waste energy by cooking it, as the Japanese have proven.
Drive your car to a bridge, and shove it off: If you absolutely must go somewhere, walk. If it’s far, use public transportation. If you frequently go places where public transportation is not available, and you have to buy a car, make sure that it is a car that is no bigger than a golf cart – we call them “Smart” cars because it only takes one accident for you to wise up. Each time you fill up with petrol, you will be required to show a receipt for donating an equal amount of blood.
