June 14, 2016 4:03 am at 4:03 am #1155147 147Participant The Torah is Sefer Devorim several times addresses them as “Asseres haDevorim” Then when you consult Sefer haChinuch, you shall note that the Asseres haDibros do contain 14 Mitzvos [precepts].
