Yes. Very infrequently. It happens now because pre-moderation is disabled.
At least we are no longer going backwards in time as we used to.
I think the way the timing works is that for example it shows up as 1 hour until it’s 2 hours (meaning if it was 1 hour and 59 minutes and 59 seconds ago, it would say 1 hour).
By that logic, it makes sense for it to show up as 0 seconds until it reaches 1 second. Nowadays since the posts are going up automatically, that can happen in theory.
If you’d go front and back in time like I just did… anything’s possible.
