See if you can find a picture of yourself from when you were thin/ner, EVEN IF it’s from 20 or 30 or 40 years ago.

Tape it to the door of your fridge and/or the cabinet where you have food you know you shouldn’t be eating.

Stare at the picture for several seconds before making a food choice, and remind yourself that there IS a thinner you living inside your now overweight body. You CAN get that thinner you back!
