Duh. I baked rugalach and it flopped:( I used oil instead of margarine. Agggrrrr. I had to drink a coffee and eat some chocolate to get over it. How dumb! Oh, well. I think I should post it in the “How do you get out of a bad mood” thread. I am in a good mood but a bit dissapointed I guess…..
