Professor Ben-Shachar, a foremost, world-renowned polygraph expert traveled to Japan together with askanim with the express purpose of testifying on behalf of the boys incarcerated there.
The testimony took place on January 26.
The judge was interested in hearing about various technical components of the polygraph tests.
It became apparent, through Ben-Shachar’s expert testimony that the boys had absolutely no idea whatsoever of the true illegal component of their suitcases.
The weak cross-examination of the witness by the prosecution served as further proof that Ms. Suzuki, the one who originally testified against the boys, was merely “speculating” when she attested that the polygraph results indicated the boys knew about the drugs hidden in their bags.
Ms. Suzuki is scheduled to testify on February 28: Mr. Ben-Shachar will refute, if necessary, by writing his expert analysis of the situation.
