Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon on Monday summoned Turkish Ambassador to Israel Ahmet Oguz Celikkol for a reprimand, referring to the Turkish TV Valley of the Wolves television program in which Mossad agents are depicted as baby snatchers. The TV show appeared as Turkey launched another scathing attack at Israel, this time when Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan used a joint press conference with Lebanese President Sa’ad Hariri to call on the international community to take actions against Israel. He cited Israeli violations of Lebanese water rights and airspace as well as Israel nuclear arsenal, vowing to back Lebanon against Israel in the UN Security Council.
The latest TV show followed the Farewell program a number of months ago, in that case, depicting murderous IDF soldiers.
Ayalon told the ambassador that he had sensitive matters to discuss, preferring to do so without a media presence. What the media did capture is the deputy foreign minister’s refusal to extend his hand to the ambassador, preferring to get down to business without following the standard diplomatic protocol, perhaps an indicator of just how angry Foreign Ministry officials are over Turkey’s continued anti-Israel behavior and statements.

interesting. maybe they have a guilty conscience.
in 1895 they massacred 1-300,000 armenian men women and children, and again in 1915 the turks lead a holocaust against 1.5 million armenians, rounding them up, ‘snatching them’ out of their homes, and exterminating them.
We in Brooklyn should boycott Turkish stores, one example is the fruit store one Ave. J and E. 12 that is owned by a Turk.
the fruit store is probably not a wholly owned subsidiary of the turkish government…that is quite different. this is a man who originated from the country. he didn’t take part in a war crime.
