According to reports from Lebanon, an explosion that occurred in the village of Tayr Filsi, on the outskirts of Tyre, took place in the home of senior Hizbullah official Abdel Nasser Issa. Issa and a son were among the dead. Interestingly, despite reports from Reuters and others regarding the fatalities, Hizbullah announced no one was killed.
Al-Manar Hizbullah-run television announced the explosion took place in the garage of Issa’s home, confirming one person was seriously injured, adding an investigation into the cause of the explosion is underway.
A French media report stated Issa was in the process of neutralizing a missile that was left in the area from the 2006 Second Lebanon War when it exploded.

I don’t believe it. More likely that they were trying to construct their own missile and had a “work accident”
