Yael Ze’evi, the widow of the late minister of tourism, Rechavam Ze’evi, who was assassinated by a terrorist in a Jerusalem hotel, stated she would be happy to see her husband’s assassin released towards bringing Gilad Shalit home.
Speaking on the Channel 2 Mishal Cham Program, Mrs. Ze’evi, whose husband was murdered 8 years ago, stated that when he was killed, he was wearing the dog tags containing the names of the POWs and MIAs which he always wore. “He viewed the release of the missing and captured soldiers as a mission of paramount importance,” she added.
