The rumors spreading in Bnei Brak on Sunday morning proved to be reliable, for shortly after 3:00pm, HaGaon HaRav Shmuel Auerbach Shlita arrived in Bnei Brak, at 5 Chazon Ish Street, where he met alone for a brief period with HaGaon HaRav Aaron Leib Shteinman Shlita. After the brief private meeting the gedolei torah entered a room and joined the others, and the discussions continued.

The rabbonim left, accompanied by their aides to participate in a Zos Chanukah mesiba in Yeshivas Chochmas Shlomo.

There is much speculation as it would appear the meeting addressed the upcoming general elections and the split in Degel Hatorah, or perhaps the planned draft of thousands of bnei torah — but once again, no information was released so one may surmise what one wishes while the conversation that took place on Sunday afternoon between two torah giants in Bnei Brak remains a mystery to the tzibur at this time.
