Assignment Editor, Lee Kushnir, of CBS in New York City has been nominated for the Best Evening Newscast category, in the nominations released by the Emmy Board earlier today. The show up for an award, was the coverage of the multi-fatal fire that tragically killed 10 people in the Bronx last year. This was a major story covered by all large media outlets, both local and national.
