It was not a quiet shabbos for IDF forces in the Golan Heights area as three Syrian tanks entered a demilitarized zone in that area. This led to the IDF moving to an alert operational status as the situation was monitored. The tanks entered the village of Bar Ajam in the central Golan Heights area. Israel filed an official complaint with the United Nations.
