A fourth earthquake in approximately two weeks – measuring 4.0 – shook parts of Eretz Yisroel this morning, causing no casualties or damage. The tremor was felt in parts of Yerushalayim. Its epicenter was north of the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth, on the active Syrian-African rift fault line where earthquakes are common – according to a statement from Israel’s Geophysical Institute.
