A Brooklyn boy is in stable condition after being struck by stray bullet, police say.
The 10-year-old was walking with his father around 11 p.m. Monday when he got caught in the crossfire.
Police say several men were engaged in a dispute when someone discharged two rounds, striking the boy in the torso.
“Ten or 15 people [were] fighting. I called 911 when I heard the gunshots, two or three shots,” said Baruch Bing, 23, who lives near the shooting scene.
The boy was taken to Brookdale Hospital.
The incident occurred in the Williamsburg section in front of 403 Broadway.
There have been no arrests.
Hatzolah & Shomrim were not called to the scene of the incident.
