If anyone remembers; in the early 70’s, Dovid Cohen was an accountant and then bought the Miller Cheese Store in the Lower East Side and then opened another in Borough Park on 13 Ave. He also produced a Pesach cheese pie. All this was before cheese stores and Pesach baking became popular. He sold out, retired, and devoted his life to tzedaka in Eretz Yisroel.
