There is an organization called Tiferes Bais Yisrael that was created specifically for people like you. They work in partnership with the most reputable Rabbinic Courts throughout the world and guide people that are pursuing Orthodox Conversion to the right Rabbis, Mentors, and Conversion Courts. They will also help walk you through the process of investigating your heritage, or direct you to people that can help.
