yes you are right all the goyim have to do is convert. But the issue here is three fold, firstly there is something called “Kochoes Hanefesh” (very very loosely translated that means subconscious), and the goyim don’t realize that that is the reason that they hate us is because we have the emes and they don’t, they just know that they hate us.
