Goshen, NY – Officials from the National Weather Service office in Upton, New York have completed their initial damage assessment in the Orange County village of Goshen and have determined that an EF-1 tornado struck the town on Friday afternoon with winds of 90 to 100 mph. The twister was on the ground for 2.1 miles and had a path width of 100 yards.
