If your depression is chronic then you need to see a psychiatrist and take the medication you need. If your depression is only a result of your current lifestyle then you should still see a therapist (a good psychologist can tell you if you need medication or not) but realize that it is in your hands to change it. Internet addicts anonymous may be helpful to you as group therapy is very powerful. As difficult as it may sound, the first step needs to be you getting up. Once you make an honest effort to change, everything else will be much easier. My suggestion of getting a job still stands, even if it means cleaning floors at a pizza restaurant.
