If you have a PhD in Math then I do not see how you can’t get a job at least teaching in high school. You must be a very smart man so the job market is certainly open to you if you look. But there are two plausible reasons you are in this predicament in life: either you are lazy or you had/have serious life challenges that are preventing you from moving forward. If it is the first, do the correct thing for yourself and just get a job. Any job. Move around, talk to friends, and make money. You will see improvement in just one day. If it is the latter, then you need to learn how to cope healthily. See a therapist, talk to a trusted friend, and confront your problems head on. And even if it is the latter, doing nothing is not going to help.
