Sweet & Sour Minute Steak


Another great recipe from my daughter

10 minute steaks

1 onion, thinly sliced

1 (8-ounce) can mushroom pieces

1 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons vinegar

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 cup brown sugar

2 teaspoons granulated garlic

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spread out minute steak in one layer if possible (if not, can pile one on top of the other) and cover with onion and mushrooms.  Mix together all sauce ingredients and pour over.  Cover tightly with foil and bake for about 2 hours. It gets very soft and juicy.  Serve over white rice.
