about the heat – i did read that heat whether hot weather or hot water makes one usually go low. the reason is because heat make insulin absorb better.
reb- we are still praying for you. when do you plan on popping the subject of D to him. (i need to know when i should over pray for you!! lol 🙂 )
princess – i was thinking about you and i thought of somthing that might help.
if you are eating things like white/rye bread, pasta, pastries, or anything that has a high glycemic index it could be that it’s making you bg harder to control (it does for me). try things like whole wheat or anything that has a lower glycemic index.
about eating – if you like vegetables you can eat that instead of carbs. also chewing gum helps keep the mouth busy.

cofeefan- i did not eat before putting my head down. and i was near 200.
today i didn’t eat till 2:00 till i got my number to 110 !!!!!

for me D is not so private, but i don’t go around publicizing it. there are people who read this who do know who i am, but it doesn’t bother me, as long as i can say something to help somebody.
