With Hatzolah, there are people that are at the doctors office, the doctor tells them they should go to the hospital for further testing etc.
Patient goes home, eats and gets ready, once ready calls hatzolah stating that they have to go to the hospital.
I really think that this person did not think, that there are people that actually people that dropped everything thinking that there is a medical emergency.
